Shipping information

Delivery dates and times are estimates, not definite. MF&A cannot be held liable for loss due to delivery delays.

Delivery is scheduled as soon as the product is received MF&A. MF&A does not offer same-day delivery. One delivery attempt; a missed delivery will be rescheduled for the next available date.

Any further missed deliveries constitute a redelivery charger at the same rate as the original delivery fee. If a delivery was not included a delivery fee charge will apply. Delivery reschedule or cancellation must be requested 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery date.

A surcharge of $50.00 will be charged for: same day cancellations, if no one is available at the address to accept delivery and for redelivery attempts. Delivery is completed under safe and normal conditions using a clear path to the entrance of the building.

MF&A delivery personnel does not remove doors, banisters, windows, trim, gates, or any other structural items. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product, they purchased, will fit through entryways.

Mike’s Furniture is not responsible for damage caused by appliance/furniture delivery. MF&A does not refund delivery charges for items that do not fit through entryways.

Customer must notify MF&A within 24 hours of: damage to product on delivery or missing items/parts, failure to do so will waive all claims. If an item is not in acceptable condition, the customer has the right to refuse delivery.

No return/exchange on special orders and ordered Ashley/Coaster/Furniture Of America/ Blue Island Bedding/Titanic Furniture/UnitedFurniture.

Nationwide Furniture orders have a 20% restocking fee.

Special ordered mattresses, brand-new appliances, open box appliances are final sales

Warranty Policy: 

Most vendors, provide a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase covering manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials.

All claims must be Submitted to MF&A.Also if you can upload our policy & Guarantee to a tab at the top of our website.

TURBO FREEZEª SETTINGS*
The Turbo Freeze setting "revs up" the freezer compartment, cooling it quickly after frequent or extended door openings. When this feature is selected, the compressor is activated and the freezer fan turns on at high speed, even when the door is open. The freezer temperature will revert to the coldest setting for a 2 1/2 hours period or until TurboFreeze is turned off (whichever comes first). It maximizes the cooling ability of the freezer compartment. The TurboFreeze and TurboCool can be run at the same time. To turn the feature on or off, press and hold the Freezer pad for 3 seconds. On models with a touchscreen (LCD) display, press Express Mode.
